Here you’ll find a range of teacher resources you can use to help make the Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF campaign at your school simple, fun and rewarding.
The bulletin board on the left contains curriculum-linked lesson plans to help you bring global issues into your classroom. The stack of books below includes additional resources to help make Trick-or-Treat for UNICEF at your school easy. Once you’ve registered, we’ll send you a campaign kit in September with all the tools you need to run the campaign: An organizer handbook with simple step-by-step instructions A DVD to introduce the campaign to your students A UNICEF Halloween poster Pledge sheets for each participating student ( Preview our Campaign Resources to get a sneak peak at some of the tools you will be receiving! )
Online donations mean less administration for teachers!
Check out our online fundraising site where students can set up a personal fundraising page and collection donations online on behalf of your school’s campaign. There are several benefits to encouraging your students to collect donations online: No donation administration is required by your school. You can easily track how much money your school has raised online. Donors will receive an instant tax receipt You are helping UNICEF keep its administration fees low, thereby ensuring that more money reaches children in Malawi and Rwanda.
