Led the design of 3 product mobile apps through signup experience from start to finish including user flow, interaction design and visual design for both desktop and mobile.

My Role: Led the user research, design, production and mobile application submission of 6 different products.

Process:
Working with several different stakeholders we aligned priority to simplify overall initiative to create app wraps for 6 products. Understanding timeline and deliverables we streamlined our process to meet deadlines and submission policies. Making sure to follow thorough market guidelines we applies rapid device testing to adhere to business goals.

Challenge: To create initial native app wraps for 6 different products that currently exist only as web apps. 2 month turnaround to get to market.
