The COMPASS product is a secure, third-party application that gathers, organizes and analyzes Subcontractor data to produce an unbiased assessment of execution ability.

The COMPASS system is used as a tool in a General Contractors prequalification process.

My Role: Led the user research, design, production of subcontractor dashboard, sub-portal from start to final production.

Working with a multi-functional team in understanding our users and shaping the product to make useful information easily accessible, create intuitive workflows, reduce anxiety, ensure flexibility, provide just-enough guidance, and eventually – build trust and help our users feel more efficient managing their risk.

HABITUAL – Fitness & Lifestyle

Responsible for art direction, design & development of website re-design for Habitual. Working closely with their trainers and management, we developed a responsive site that would convey the quality of service and the boutique loft like gym that every member will have access too.
